Equipment features:
1. The internal fire tube rotary dryer uses coal-fired flue gas to circulate and dissipate heat inside the rotary drum through the internal flue gas pipeline. The rotary drum, fire tube, plate, and head materials can all be made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. The hot blast stove rotary dryer adopts a coal, oil or gas hot blast stove and rotary dryer to form a drying system. Our company's production of hot blast stoves uses a combination of high-efficiency finned tubes and heat pipe heat exchangers, and the flue gas is recycled. The hot blast stove has high thermal efficiency, and the hot air temperature can reach up to 500 ℃.
3. Direct fired flue gas furnace rotary dryer (usually using diesel, natural gas, and coal gas as fuels) has the highest thermal efficiency as long as the dried materials are not contaminated by the combustion products of the materials.
